August 2001's Featured Floral Designer is an internationally acclaimed floral designer, teacher, speaker, and author.
Phil Rulloda, AAF, AIFD, PFCI is the owner of the Southern California School of Floral Design in Anaheim, California. Phil's accomplishments within the floral industry are the result of his unwavering dedication to professionalism and excellence.
Phil is the co-author of the book "Tropical and Contemporary Floral Design," with Silverio Casabar.
Phil recently held a Design Show at the LA Fleur Expo 2001, and we're highlighting some of the arrangements he created from that show.
We're honored to showcase the work of Phil as our Featured Floral Designer for August 2001.
