The Customized Arrangement
|
|
This idea is simple yet powerful: why not offer your customers the service of decorating their own personal crystal vase or other container with lovely floral items? For example, if Mom has a favorite vase or keepsake container that holds special meaning for her, offer to decorate it as the base for a Mother's Day floral arrangement. Such arrangements reflect a thoughtfulness that a mom (or anyone else, for that matter) will really appreciate.
Of course, you'll want to take extra care in handling such precious items, but remember, it is a service we are offering our retail accounts.

Assorted loose lavender orchids are arranged in "keepsake" crystal items like candle holders, candy jars and vases.

You can even customize the portia to stay in the arrangement, or make it wearable as a corsage.

|

Tall glass stemware and thin vases are combined with Cattleya and Epdidendrum orchids for good effect.

For a little dash in your arrangements, use Orange tropicals! In addition to their vibrancy and beauty, most orange varieties are quite long-lasting.

This large orange tropical arrangement demonstrates the effect of properly grouping flowers: 3 banana, 4 protea, 5 psitacorum, 6 anthurium and 7 japeht. Fill in with ti leaf, myerrii and lycopodium to accent the dramatic effect.

Any Mom would be impressed by the son or daughter who took the time to create a truly personal arrangement in their honor. Using orchids and tropicals in the arrangement really sets them apart!
